Delivery Charges

All items will be sent via the Royal Mail, and will require a signature on delivery.

Orders totalling £30.00 and under will be sent by the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. The total postage and packaging charge for orders totalling under £30.00 will be £2.00 - regardless of the number of items sent.

Orders totalling over £30.00 and up to £50.00 will be sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The total postage and packaging charge for orders totalling between £30.00 and £50.00 will be £4.00 - regardless of the number of items sent.

All orders over £50.00 in total will be sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and will be free of charge.

Delivery within the UK only.

POINT 925 Returns Procedure

Whilst POINT 925 are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases - a 14 day money back guarantee or exchange policy is offered (excluding earrings  - which for hygiene reasons will not be exchanged under any circumstances). If you are not happy with your purchase please return the item/s in the original packaging and in the condition that it was purchased within 14 days of receipt. For POINT 925's records please state why the item/s were not suitable. On receipt a full refund (the postage costs charged on the original order and subsequent return costs will not be reimbursed - unless the item is faulty - see below).

In the unlikely event of the item/s arriving either damaged or faulty POINT 925 should be notified within 3 days of receipt by email/ telephone of the problem and then the item/s returned within 7 days of receipt. Once the item/s are received either an exchange or full refund will be given - postage costs will also be reimbursed.

When returning any items a signed for delivery service should be used. POINT 925 cannot accept responsibility for the non arrival of any returns sent.

All jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months against any manufacturing faults. However, this guarantee does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear.

By placing an order with POINT 925 you are accepting the above terms.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment Made By Cheque

Payment may be made by cheque if you prefer. However, no items will be sent until the cheque has been banked and cleared. If you wish to pay by cheque, please send it (payable to POINT 925)with details of your order to: POINT 925, 10 Crookes Road, Sheffield, S10 5BB. Please provide an email address / phone number if you require confirmation that the cheque has arrived.

Delivery Timescales

POINT 925 aims to deliver goods within 5 complete working days of payment receipt and clearance. All items are normally held in stock. If however, due to high demand, these stocks have run out you will be notified. Normally it will be possible to still fulfill the order within 7 - 10 days. When notified by email a new delivery timescale will be given, if this timescale is not satisfactory you may cancel the order.

For multiple orders, the items in stock will be sent out within the 5 working day timescale.

Gift Voucher

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Each gift voucher will clearly state the expiry date.
